01Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the StoragePal.AI iPhone app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your subscription is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, Apple's terms control for anything relating to your purchase.

02What the app does

StoragePal.AI photographs a pile of belongings, identifies what it can see, and estimates how many storage bins you are likely to need. It also produces a packing order and a shopping list.

Estimates are estimates. The app judges volume from a single photograph, and a photograph does not carry true scale. Results are a well-informed starting point, not a measurement. Items hidden behind other items cannot be counted, and awkward shapes pack less efficiently than arithmetic suggests.

Please do not rely on the app's output for anything where being wrong is costly — booking a specific moving truck size, buying non-returnable containers in bulk, or committing to a storage unit contract. Check the estimate against your own judgement first.

03Subscriptions and billing

The app includes a limited number of free scans. Beyond that, StoragePal.AI Pro unlocks unlimited scans, every bin size, packing plans, shopping lists, and export.

• Monthly — $4.99 per month, renewing monthly.
• Annual — $50.00 per year, renewing yearly.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may differ in other regions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to photograph people without their knowledge.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source of the app, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the services the app depends on.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the app or your subscription.

05Your content

The photos you take and the scans you save are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to process a photo you submit so the app can return a result — nothing more, and only for as long as that scan takes.

06Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its estimates will be accurate for your particular belongings.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the app — including any cost incurred by relying on an estimate. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

08Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these terms as the app develops; the effective date above will change when we do. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any feature, at any time. You may stop using the app whenever you like by deleting it.
